Program Details
HPN Pre-season Fitness & Skills Refinement for 11 - 15 Years
This program will build on already acquired fundamental skills focusing on fitness, footwork, agility & speed and court craft.
The 6 week program is targeted at players who have been playing Competition netball and are looking to further hone their skills.
Perfect preparation for the Winter competition in 2026.
