HPN Peak Performance Program (9 – 10 Years)
Build confidence, improve your skills and develop a strong foundation for future netball success.
Our most popular program is back! Designed for players aged 9 - 10 years ready to master the fundamentals and take their game to the next level.
Sessions combine technical skill development with age-appropriate fitness activities to improve movement, coordination and overall game awareness.
Players will develop:
Passing, ball control and ball movement
