Join our Term 1 Summer Training program to ensure you are at your peak.
HPN prides itself on fundamental skill development, ensuring individuals can play at their very best!
Our programs for younger players focus on the fundamentals of the game (agility, footwork, fitness, ball skills & court craft) whilst our 13 - 15 years sessions move towards advanced court craft and specialist positional training (shooting, mid court & defence strategies). Â Â
The 6 week program will have you well prepared for the season ahead!Â
