Join our Term 1 Summer Training program to ensure you are at your peak.
HPN prides itself on fundamental skill development, ensuring individuals can play at their very best!
Our 7 - 11 years program focuses on the fundamentals of the game (agility, footwork, fitness, ball skills & court craft) whilst our 12 - 15 years moves towards advanced court craft and specialist positional training (shooting, mid court & defence strategies).
The 6 week program will have you well prepared for the season ahead!
