HPN Rep Ready Training Program for 11 - 15 Years

** This program is suited to Division 1 players aspiring to play in Representative and Development teams only **

Small group training with no more than 4-6 players per coach.  

Sessions will focus on specialist areas including:

  • circle defence

  • mid court
